Mentor Graphics is an IT Services office complex tower constructed in Noida by Shapoorji Pallonji for a USA-based organization. The development comprises two basement levels, a ground and mezzanine floor, and 10 upper floors a vertically dense, systems-heavy structure demanding tight coordination between design, engineering, and construction sequencing. Mancycom was engaged to drive 3D engineering coordination, model-based quantity extraction, and 4D-5D simulation across the project.
The Challenge
A 13-level IT office tower with basement parking, mezzanine levels, and multiple upper floors presents a compact but complex coordination challenge, where structural, architectural, and MEP systems must integrate cleanly across every level.
