Dr Oetker factory at Manesar is spread over 5 Blocks i.e. A to E. 3D BIM model of the factory building was developed from architectural, structural & MEPF drawings to check co-ordination issues.
Scope:
Engineering co-ordination (for architect Enar Consultants)
using 3D BIM modeling technology and release of shop drawings for MEPF services
for the contractor (Blue Star Ltd) for erection work of the factory structures, having covered area of 2.10 lakh sqft
